V Maker Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regards personal information of the users as important and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection. Through this Policy, inform them of the purpose and method of Company's using the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Company for protection of those personal information.
The privacy policy, in case of modification thereof, the Company will make public notice of it through posting it on the bulletin board of Company's website or individual notice.

Procedures and methods for destroying personal information

In principle, the company will destroy the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.
The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
Procedure for destruction
The information you entered for membership registration or inquiry is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in the case of paper, see the retention and usage period) according to the internal policy and other related laws and information protection reasons (see retention and usage period).
Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than being held unless it is by law.

Method of destruction
- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that does not allow the record to be played back.

Disclosure of collected information

In principle, the company will not disclose personal information to the outside world. However, except for the following cases.
- when the users consent to disclose in advance
